Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. Our actual consulting work — the agents, apps, and automations we build — is covered by a separate written services agreement signed with each client. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship by itself.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, share links, and reach out through the contact form. Please don't misuse the site — no scraping at scale, no attempting to break things, no submitting information that isn't yours to share.
Services are scoped by agreement
Every engagement is custom. What we build, what it connects to, timelines, fees, support, and data handling are all defined in the services agreement for that engagement — not by descriptions on this site. Examples of past work shown here describe real projects, but they aren't a promise that your project will be identical or produce identical results.
Content on this site
We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it's provided for general information. It isn't legal, financial, or professional advice, and it may change without notice as our services evolve.
No warranties for the website
This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aingel isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself. (Warranties and responsibilities for client work live in the services agreement — that's where we stand behind what we build.)
Intellectual property
The Aingel name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to us. Third-party product names mentioned here — like House Call Pro and QuickBooks — belong to their respective owners; mentioning them means we integrate with them, not that they're affiliated with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, email hello@aingelportal.com and we'll explain it in plain English.
