When you fill out our contact form or book a call, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you share it), and whatever you write about what you'd like help with. That's it — we don't ask for more than we need to have a useful conversation.
How we use it
We use your contact information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and talk with you about working together. We may follow up by email or phone if you've asked us to. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't sign up for.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties except for the basic services that keep this site running (like the provider that delivers our email), and only as needed for them to do that job.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand how people find and use this site — things like which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. This is aggregate information; we're not building profiles of individual visitors or tracking you across the web.
Client data
If you become a client, the business data we work with is governed by your services agreement — which spells out access, security, and confidentiality in detail. In short: our integrations access only what the work needs, and your data is used only to deliver the work you hired us for.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep inquiry information only as long as it's useful for staying in touch. If you'd like us to update or delete what we have about you, email us and we'll take care of it.
