Collections agent
Drafts the follow-up, sends it when you approve, logs the touch, schedules the next one.
Morning, Priya. Ask who's due today, pull up an account, or pick a customer on the left and I'll draft the follow-up and queue it for your approval.
In the real build
What this mirrors
The collections agent built for an accounting firm.
- Version one changes nothing in QuickBooks, Gmail, or the CRM. Its only output is a queue of drafts; the owner sends every message herself and marks it sent.
- Reconciles Zelle deposits against open invoices before anyone is contacted, so nobody gets a reminder for a bill they already paid.
- Drafts one message per customer covering every open invoice, in English or Spanish, in that customer's style and on their preferred channel.
- Follows a cadence ladder: due date, a +7 nudge, a +14 check-in, a +30 personal note, then a hand-off brief so the owner can call. Escalation is a call, not harder language.
- Skips flagged customers and never drafts a new touch while a promise-to-pay date is still ahead. Sent timestamps drive the calendar and the double-message guard.
- The send, log, and schedule actions on this page are not in version one. They show the approve-or-reject pattern the firm's other agents use before anything is finalized or sent.
Everything on this page runs on fictional sample data. No client names, no client numbers.
